This is one of my favorite ways to prepare fresh asparagus
- Heat coconut oil in pan large enough to lay asparagus in single layer.
- When the oil is sizzling, drop in asparagus and sesame seeds (as much sesame seeds as you like. I like lots!)
- Over a medium high heat, toast the asparagus in the coconut oil until they start to brown.
- Take asparagus out of pan, sprinkle with salt.
- toast the sesame seeds to golden brown.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds on asparagus.
