La Biondo Asparagus

This is one of my favorite ways to prepare fresh asparagus

  • Heat coconut oil in pan large enough to lay asparagus in single layer.
  • When the oil is sizzling, drop in asparagus and sesame seeds (as much sesame seeds as you like. I like lots!)
  • Over a medium high heat, toast the asparagus in the coconut oil until they start to brown.
  • Take asparagus out of pan, sprinkle with salt.
  • toast the sesame seeds to golden brown.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds on asparagus.
