1 Cup fine grind cornmeal

1 Cup coarse grind cornmeal

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp.baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 Cup full fat yogurt OR buttermilk

1 egg

3 Tbs. sugar

3 Tbs. melted butter

Pre heat oven to 350

Butter an 8 inch square pan

Combine dry ingredients, except sugar, in a medium bowl

Combine wet ingredients, including sugar in a separate bowl.

Stir wet mixture into the dry, mix just enough to thoroughly combine.

Spread into prepared pan.

Bake for 20 minutes or so until the center is firm to the touch.
